Spring Break is a fun time for families to travel, but if you are planning a staycation it's a great opportunity for kids to participate in a Spring Break Camp. Whether you are working and need a safe place for the kids to have fun during the day or just want some extra activities to keep them busy during their week off from school, you will find a lot of Spring Break activity options in Whatcom County.

 Not all of the businesses below have updated their times. As soon as I have the updates I will make the changes. 

2025 SPRING BREAK CAMPS IN WHATCOM COUNTY

2025 Bellingham Coding Spring Break Camp

 

Let your imagination run wild in our Harry Potter themed camp! From hippogriffs, dragons, house-elves, basilisk, and owls, to sorting hats, dementors, potions, spells…and all things magical, come join us for the time of your life! Search for Horcruxes throughout the week, team up for our Harry Potter Trivia Game, play the wizarding sport of Quidditch, brew up Butter Beer, create your own wand and Death Eater’s mask, Patronus, chocolate frogs, and lots, lots more! And because we love STEM we will code Harry Potter games, and use Robots to battle the Hungarian Horntail! 

Ages: 7-12 years old

2025 Bellingham Bells Spring Break Camps

 

Join Bellingham Bells for some great baseball camps before and during the 2025 Bellingham Bells season! 

During these camps, youth will have fun and train with top Bells' top area instructors, players and coaches. You won't want to miss out on this great chance to work on your baseball skills.

Beginner Camp:
Dates: April 7 & 8
 
Time: 10am - 1pm
 
Location: Joe Martin Field (1221 Potter St. Bellingham, WA, 98229)
 
Age Level: Kindergarten - 5th Grade. Please Note: Girls are welcome at ALL camps.
 
Cost: $100.00
 
Skill Level: This camp is appropriate for beginners who have little or no baseball experience. It is also appropriate for those who have some baseball experience. This is a recreational camp and will not focus on specific/advanced skills. 
 
Group Size: No more than 8 per group. Campers will be grouped by age for the first hour of day 1. Groups will be modified for skill and experience level after the first hour of camps. Because of this, we cannot accommodate requests for friends to remain in the same groups.
 
Format & Skills Taught: Basic hitting, fielding, running and throwing. Stations will be utilized and modified by skill levels.

Advanced Camp:
Dates: April 9-11
 
Time: 10am - 1pm
 
Location: Joe Martin Field (1221 Potter St. Bellingham, WA, 98229)
 
Age Level: 3rd Grade to 6th Grade. Please Note: Girls are welcome at ALL camps.
 
Cost: $125.00
 
Skill Level: This camp is appropriate for athletes who have played baseball in a league for at least two seasons and are comfortable with basic baseball skills (hitting, base running and throwing/catching). While this camp is recreational in nature, skills will be more advanced.
 
Group Size: No more than 6 per group. Campers will be grouped by age for the first hour of day 1. Groups will be modified for skill and experience level after the first hour of camps. Because of this, we cannot accommodate requests for friends to remain in the same groups.
 
Format & Skills Taught: Moderate to advanced hitting, fielding, running and throwing skills. Stations will be utilized and modified by skill levels.

Spring Break Theatre Camp

 

When the lights go down at MBT, the spirits come out! Middle and High School students are invited to join Deanna Fleysher of the Bellingham Circus Guild for a weeklong workshop in the art of physical storytelling (melodrama, mime, and clowning) culminating in the creation of a short silent film based on our theatre’s resident ghosts. The end result, The Ghost Light, will be shown on our theatre’s big screen at 1:30 PM before Charlie Chaplin’s The Circus with Live Score by Dennis James on April 27!
