The Zombie Fun Run is an annual, FREE, fun run for community members of all ages, brought to you by the Ferndale City’s Parks, Recreation, and Trails Advisory Board!
On Saturday, October 11, 2025, unleash your inner survivor and join us for Ferndale’s 3rd Annual Zombie Fun Run!
It is sure to be a thrilling adventure that is open to EVERYONE – whether you’re a seasoned pro, new to the track, a dedicated jogger, a leisurely walker, or a zombie shuffler.
If you’re feeling a bit undead yourself, there’s a unique opportunity to register as a zombie and join the horde!
On the registration form (link below), please indicate whether you would like to participate as a runner or a volunteer zombie. All volunteers must register by Friday, October 3, 2025. Volunteers will be sent a separate email on Friday, October 3rd with volunteer instructions. Volunteers should plan on being at the event from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. in zombie attire. Zombies will NOT be allowed to make physical contact with runners and are not meant to “chase,” but to “shuffle.” This is a FUN RUN!

It will be open every Friday starting the 10th from 12-5pm. $6 per person which includes wagon rides around the farm, the corn maze, bin maze, kid’s playground, farm animals, parking, and the beautiful sites. Children 2 and under are free.
Willetta Farms, Everson - Pick your favorite pumpkin from the patch for carving or decorating. They will be offering pumpkin sales, baked goods, beverages including hot apple cider and homemade crafts. They will have horse drawn wagon rides and animal viewing. Willetta Farm's Pumpkin Patch will be open on Sat. & Sun.10-5pm in October to the public.

- BAAY's Zombie Dancers: Featuring Bellingham's Art Academy for Youth with rotating performances through the evening.
- Full Fright Hour! For our bravest guests, all activities intensify during the Full Fright Hour. Expect increased scares, more intense experiences, and an adrenaline-pumping finale to your night. Not for the faint of heart!
