The Dance Studio presents the 14th Annual production of Saving ChristmasTown – an original dance production! Put on your elf caps, brush off your jingle bells and join the comical and quirky Elves as they defend ChristmasTown from the naughty and ominous characters of Oogie Boogie Land.
This incredible production is filled with dancing, acting, singing and the sparkle of Christmas. It’s the perfect way to kick off your holiday season with the hilarious and heartwarming story of ChristmasTown. See who will reign victorious in the epic battle between Nice and Naughty, take an inside peek into Santa’s Workshop, and watch the Christmas Sprites as they show us kindness and forgiveness in the true Christmas spirit. Saving ChristmasTown is a fun, family friendly show with a touch of Sparkle-Jingle-Jolly, about an hour and bursting with delight from beginning to end!

“Candy Cane Lane, Where Every Turn Is A Sweet Surprise” that first weekend in December. Located at Pioneer Park in Ferndale, the log cabins will again glisten like fresh snowflakes. Costumed volunteers will open the log cabin doors to greet you, so you feel the holiday cheer as it drifts into the winter air. Guests stroll around the ADA compliant sidewalks while enjoying Christmas music and over 90,000 lights that light your path. Inside the pavilion will be Santa, crafts for children, and refreshments provided in part by WECU.

Lighted Christmas Stroll
Volunteers of the Ferndale Heritage Society will again host a “Lighted Christmas Stroll Through Pioneer Village” event. This free event is a “giving back to our community” labor of love. The second and third weekends in December, Pioneer Village will be open Friday and Saturday evenings, 5- 8pm. Thanks to those board stamped concrete sidewalks, you won’t even get your feet wet as you stroll around the outside of the cabins, see all the park lit up with over 90,000 lights, hear Christmas music and see costumed volunteers greet you from the porches.
Kids of all ages can participate in the Scavenger Hunt, in hopes of finding all the “Stars” around the stroll. Look hard and earn that prize at the end of the stroll.

Santa will be available at Bellewood Farms from noon-4 p.m. starting Dec. 6 and then each Saturday and Sunday in December leading up to Christmas Day.
WHWS Winter Faire, 10am-3pm, Bellingham. Come one, come all to Whatcom Hills Waldorf School's Winter Faire! Visit the Snow Queen, dig for treasure in Gnome Village, enjoy puppet plays and all-ages craft workshops, shop our holiday vendor market, and warm up with food, hot beverages, and delicious baked goods in the Wooden Spoon Cafe! Join us and run, skip, or walk this Santa themed 5K at the fabulous Cordata Park. Participants are welcome to run as fast as humanly possible or take an hour while enjoying a coffee and chat with friends. Costumes are not a requirement, but they do enhance the experience by 28.5%. All participants will receive a one size fits most “Santa hat”.
